BZS2 series brush rotor aerators are used in oxidation ditch of waste water treatment plants. They oxygenate the waste water to simulate it to flow and to prevent active sludge from depositing. They mix the waste water and oxygen to fulfill the process of biochemistry.

BZS2 series brush rotor aerator is reforming design on the successful type of BZS2. It has the following characteristic: 1.To adopt vertical motor to drive the special reducer of screw taper-column. Small area occupied, easy for the process arrangement. Fare distance between the motor and the liquid surface to reduce the effect of the damp for the insulation; 2.The end bearing of the brush rotor aerator is lubricated by oil to avoid the disadvantage of using grease. The maintenance work is easy; 3.The lubrication system of the reducer is equipped with signal indicator of oil pressure and is interlocked with the main machine. When the system is locked or the oil leaks, the machine shall stop and alarm signal shall be sent.
BZS2 brush rotor aerator is composed of vertical motor, reducer of screw taper-column, main shaft, brush flakes, end bearing support, lubricating system and control panel.
1.Civil work shall prepare the anchor holes of 8-AM24×500. The dimension shall be of 120×120×450; 2.The base surface shall be level up and the differential between the two ends shall be no more than 5mm.
