GSGS steel wire pulling type grille waste removers are used in water plant and pump station for holding up floater in water to ensure water pump and following process to operate safely.

1.For the rake bucket, the tow point is deviate from the ream hinge pivot so that there is compulsory rake power. That have more advantage than that of the two points being together; 2.Compared with the equipment of chain drive, they are of simplestructure,lightweight, easy maintenance. The advantage is more notable when the equipment are used among bars of deep canal or well; 3.The rail and the grille are always and the rake bucket temporarily in waste water, all the other parts are above the well. The equipment thus have nice corrosion endurance and maintenance convenience; 4.With complete and reliable mechanical overload protection so as to ensure safe operation.
STRUCTURE AND OPERATING PRINCIPLE
As shown in diagram 1, this equipment is composed of frame, steel wire driveand over-torque protector, two pulling steel wires and one headstock steel wire in the middle, guiding wheel, switch of losing wire, headstock of rake,rake bucket and bucket vehicle, grille bars, guiding rail, scum blocking plate,scum scum board, scum guiding plate, electrical controller. The operation cycle is as followings:After the order of work is sent, the steel driver shall run and send wire, the rake bucket shall go down along the rail from the top position (end position of last cycle) and the scum scum board shall go down following the bucket effected by the weight. After the scum scum board is repositioned, pushed by the headstock (electric-hydraulic push rod), the bucket shall be opened and go down pulled by the middle wire until getting the canal bottom limit. Blocked by the limit rod, the vehicle shall stop and the wire loose, the switch of loosing wire close to run the electric-hydraulic push rod backward to loose the middle wire to close the bucket under self weight. After the rake teeth are insert into the bars, the steel wire driver shall begin to draw wire to force the bucket and the vehicle go up along the rail until touching the scum scum board after the bucket is completely closed. The scum blocked by the bars are thus removed and transported. The scum shall be skimmed and drop to the scum barrel or conveyor. That is a complete cycle.In the working process, in case of over-torque of steel wire due to emergency, alarm signal shall be sent and the machine stopped when the torque gets the setting value. In case of overload of bucket headstock, the overflow valve shall work to ensure safety of the system when the hydraulic pressure of electric-hydraulic push rod raise the setting value.
GSGS series are of automatic timed work. The cycle (max 4 hours) and the operation number can be set. In case that the machine is off or the grille bars are accidentally locked and the water level in front of the grille reach the high level of emergency, the waste remover can be started immediately not limited by the cycle. In case that the remover is over-torque or over-current, electric power shall be shut off and the alarm signal sent off.
